Study of Molecular Interactions and Enzymatic Mechanisms

MODELING OF ENZYMES, BIOPOLYMERS AND DRUGS TO STUDY MOLECULAR INTERACTIONS WITH SUBSTRATES, SUPPORTS AND SOLVENTS

DESCRIPTION

We have experience in the modeling of enzymes, biopolymers and drugs to study molecular interactions with substrates and solvents using low-cost computational tools. Through carefully prepared questions based on experimental characterization it is possible to develop an approach to study the molecular mechanisms of an interaction between agents of interest.

We offer our experience in:

  • Last generation enzymatic modeling aimed at the problems of particular applications
  • Study of the interaction of drugs as enzyme substrates and with biopolymers
  • Study of local interactions enzymes-substrates-solvents
  • Application of molecular modeling to complex proteins at the local level
