Safety of packaging materials is of paramount importance in order to guarantee food safety, due to the capacity of some substances to migrate from packaging to its content. The package/food interaction may be assesed combining high level analytical techniques under European and Mercosur regulations.

• Atomic Absorption Spectroscope (AAS)
