DESCRIPTION

Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC), High Temperature Gel Permeation Chromatography (HT-GPC) and Osmometry are different analytical techniques for the characterization of a wide variety of polymers or other macromolecules in a mixture.

AVAILABLE EQUIPMENT:

• WATERS chromatograph (515 HPLC Pump, Refractive Index Detector 2414, UV/visible W 2489 and Rheodyne 7725i Injector)
• Viscotek 350A chromatograph (HT-GPC)
• Osmometer Gonotec Osmomat 090

ADVANTAGES

• Polymers from a few hundred to several million Dalton can be measured
• Temperature analysis ranges from ambient to 180°C
• Solvents from aqueous to non polar can be used
