DESCRIPTION

We perform the evaluation of the adsorption capacity, breakthrough curve, mass transfer zone, and kinetics of adsorption/desorption cycles in an experimental fixed bed system. Additionally, the structural characterization of the solids is determined through N2 and CO2 sorption, which allows for the measurement of the pore size distribution and surface area of the adsorbent.

• Experimental Fixed-Bed Adsorption System (mass flow meters, temperature controllers, and gas sensors with data acquisition)
