PLAPIQUI has experience in the modeling of screening devices, either isolated or integrated in processes involving other solid unit operations. We have developed and validated models for large industrial screens.

• Theoretical modeling of screens, by means of mass and population balances, operating either in continuous or batch mode
• Simulation, optimization and control studies of screening processes
• Estimation of screening efficiency using partition curves fitted using experimental or plant data
