Biocatalysis reaction systems

DESCRIPTION
Reaction systems custom built by the Electronics Laboratory of CCT Bahía Blanca, made up of thermostatic baths and reactors of variable scale. They allow enzymatic reactions to be carried out under controlled temperature and stirring.
MAIN FEATURES
- Thermostatting: baths with electronic temperature control
- Reactors: vials and jacketed vessels with a working volume of up to 50 mL, in several scales
- Stirring: magnetic or orbital, with adjustable speed
MAIN APPLICATIONS
- Enzymatic esterification, transesterification, hydrolysis and amidation
- Kinetic resolution of racemates
- Determination of activity and operational stability of free and immobilized enzymes
